The challenge
OC Realty Group runs ~30 active listings each weekend through spring. Their previous online sign vendor took 7–10 business days from upload to delivery — too slow when a listing goes live Wednesday and needs a sign by Friday's open house.
Three problems compounded: agents had to upload art individually, the supplier shipped from a Texas warehouse, and the H-stakes were too thin to survive sprinklers and lawn mowers.
What we made
We built a templated yard sign for the brokerage — 18×24 4mm coroplast with their brand chrome locked in, a slot for the listing address, and an optional agent headshot. Agents drop the listing details into a shared form; we render the proof, get one approval, and start the print run.
Friday's printed batch is ready for pickup at our Anaheim shop by Tuesday morning. Heavy-gauge H-stakes ship with every sign — they survive the sprinklers and the curb-mowing.
The outcome
Average turnaround dropped from ~7 business days to 48 hours, including proof approval. The brokerage now keeps a rolling print schedule with us — submit Tuesday, pick up Thursday morning.
Sign attrition (lost or destroyed signs) dropped roughly 40% just from the heavier H-stake spec. Listings that previously needed two reorders per cycle now need one.
“We submit Tuesday, pick up Thursday morning. Every weekend. The signs match across every listing because the template is locked in, and the H-stakes don't bend.”
