Free shipping on US orders $200 and over. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $15. The same rate applies to every product — apparel, banners, signs, and large-format prints. Or pick up free at our Anaheim shop. Your packing slip shows anaheimprints branding only.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, contact us for a custom quote.
Orders ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, selected automatically based on the most economical route for your order. Freight is used for oversize rigid signs and large-format prints.
All orders are eligible for free pickup at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805. We'll email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 9a–5p (Sat–Sun closed).
All orders — apparel, banners, signs, and large-format prints — are produced in about 3 business days before they ship or are ready for local pickup. Standard ground shipping transit is added on top and varies by destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up. Apparel orders that ship from multiple warehouses get a tracking number per shipment. If you don't see the email right away, don't worry — we'll still deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Need to change a shipping address or order detail? Email us immediately at hello@anaheimprints.com. We'll update it if the order hasn't entered production or shipped yet. Custom and pre-ordered pieces can't be exchanged for a different design once production begins.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first contact the carrier to locate the shipment. If that doesn't resolve it, email us at hello@anaheimprints.com and we'll help track it down.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax required by law is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and is included in your order total. There are no import fees, duties, or VAT — we ship domestically within the United States.
Outbound shipments are arranged by Anaheim Prints from 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805. Some apparel orders ship blind directly from our distributor's nearest warehouse on our behalf — your packing slip and return label still show anaheimprints branding only.
