Payment Policy

We accept credit and debit cards from the following four networks:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

You can also check out with Apple Pay on a supported Apple device. Apple Pay is not a separate payment method — it simply charges the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you have stored in your Apple Wallet.

Bank transfer (ACH debit) is available at checkout for US bank accounts. You connect your account through Stripe (instant verification with most banks). ACH payments take 1–4 business days to clear; your order enters production as soon as the funds settle, and we email you at that point.

Your card or bank account must support online purchases in US dollars. Orders cannot be paid by cash, check, money order, or wire transfer. Every order — including orders collected at our Anaheim location — is paid online.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address and the tax rules that apply there, and is shown as a separate line before you pay. Businesses buying for resale can apply for tax-exempt status from their account page by submitting a valid seller's permit / resale certificate; once we've reviewed and approved it, orders placed while signed in are not charged sales tax.

Card and Apple Pay payments are charged in full at the time you place your order, in US dollars (USD). Bank transfers are initiated at checkout and settle within 1–4 business days. Because our products are printed and produced to order, payment must clear before an order enters production. The amount you see at checkout — product, any applicable shipping, and sales tax — is the total you pay.

Net terms for approved wholesale accounts. Business customers we have approved for Net 15 or Net 30 terms can place orders from the cart without paying at checkout. Production starts immediately and a Stripe invoice is emailed with the due date; the invoice is payable by card or bank transfer. Terms are granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn for overdue balances.

Every transaction is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Sensitive card data is sent directly to Stripe and never touches or is stored on our servers. We only ever see your billing and shipping details, your order, and the last four digits of your card.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For full details on eligibility and how to request one, see our Return & Refund Policy.
