Resolution
150 DPI at final print size minimum. 300 DPI for anything seen up close (apparel, posters under 24×36, business cards).
Color mode
CMYK preferred for print. RGB will be auto-converted — expect slight shifts in saturated colors. For exact brand colors, send Pantone references.
Bleed
0.125" bleed for print materials, 0.25" bleed on banners 4ft+. Keep all critical text and logos 0.25" inside the trim line (safe zone).
Fonts
Outline / convert to curves before exporting. Or send the font file. Linked fonts that aren't embedded cause production delays.
