We collect what we need to run a print shop — nothing more. We don't sell your data. Here's what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Who we are (data controller)

anaheimprints.com is operated by Anaheim Prints, the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Anaheim Prints is located at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805. For privacy questions, email privacy@anaheimprints.com.

Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address
  • Order info: products, quantities, design files, payment confirmation
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers
  • Usage info: pages visited, anonymous device data, referrer (analytics)
  • Marketing consent: only if you opt in

You can browse the site anonymously without an account. We only ask for the information above when you place an order, create an account, or opt in to email.

How we use it

  • Process and ship your order, send order updates
  • Customer support and quote follow-ups
  • Fraud prevention and tax reporting (legal requirement)
  • Marketing email — only if you opt in, unsubscribe anytime
  • Analytics to improve the site (Google Analytics, anonymized; Meta & TikTok pixels for ads if you opt in)

Legal basis for processing (EEA / UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on one or more of these legal bases:

  • Consent — e.g. marketing email or optional advertising pixels (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Contract — to take, process, and fulfill your order (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the shop (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@anaheimprints.com; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who we share it with

We share your info only with vendors who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers, fulfillment vendors (your name and address only), email provider (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and analytics platforms.

We never sell your personal info. We disclose data when legally required — subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of our customers.

Cookies

We use cookies for cart sessions, login, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but cart and checkout require session cookies to work. We honor Do Not Track signals.

Analytics data, including your IP address, may be processed by Google on servers in the United States. Google does not associate it with any other data it holds about you.

Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we have on you
  • Correct or update your data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt out of marketing email and ad personalization
  • Opt out of the sale of personal info (we don't sell it)

Email privacy@anaheimprints.com to make a request. We'll respond within 30 days.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Although we do not sell your personal information, you may submit a request to confirm this preference at privacy@anaheimprints.com. We will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as opt-out preference signals.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity (and the agent's authority) before responding, consistent with CPRA verification requirements.

Data retention

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Account info is kept until you delete your account. Design files are kept for 90 days post-shipment for reorder convenience, then archived.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data never touches our servers — Stripe handles it. We follow industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
