What is DTF (direct to film) printing?+
DTF is a transfer-printing method where artwork is printed onto a PET film with CMYK + white ink, dusted with a polyamide adhesive, cured, then heat-pressed onto fabric. Unlike screen printing, there's no setup fee and no minimum quantity — you can press one shirt or a thousand from the same sheet.
How much does DTF printing cost?+
Our DTF gang sheets are $0.017 per square inch with no minimum order. A 22"×24" sheet (≈4 adult-size designs) starts at $9. Larger sheets get cheaper per inch as length grows.
What's the turnaround for DTF printing in Anaheim?+

Can I press DTF transfers on any fabric?+
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blend, fleece, denim, and most performance fabrics — light or dark colors, no white-base printing required. It struggles only on very stretchy or silicone-treated fabrics. If you're unsure, send us a sample.
How do I press DTF transfers?+
Place the transfer film printed-side down on your blank, press at 305°F for 12–15 seconds with medium pressure, peel hot (or cold — depending on your finish preference), then re-press for 5 seconds with a cover sheet to lock in the design. Detailed instructions ship with every order.
